As a moving date approaches, two questions usually arrive before any others: who will unlock the door, and will the water and electricity be running while the work is done? If you are arranging cleaning for a flat, an office or a shared entrance in Çakış, part of Manavgat, these points need to be settled earlier than the scope itself. The sections below are meant to help you describe the job accurately.
Keys, entry and where responsibility ends
Empty flats are often cleaned while the client is elsewhere. It helps to agree in advance who hands over the key, when, and where it goes afterwards. Three common arrangements exist: you open the door and stay; you open it, leave and return at the end; or the key passes through a building caretaker, an estate agent or a relative. In the third case, the names of both the person handing over and the person receiving should be known beforehand. If the building requires ID registration at the entrance, permission to use the lift, or a fixed time window, share those rules when you book. If the power or water might be off, say so at the start, because the scope changes accordingly. See empty flat cleaning for the details.
Opening areas in sequence in a working office
When an office cannot be emptied, the work moves through the space in stages: perhaps the meeting room and corridor first, then part of the desk area, and the shared kitchen and toilets last. Decide in advance who sets that order and which desks will be cleared at each stage. The limit of intervention is clear: documents are not sorted or destroyed, and electronic devices are not dismantled or repaired. Clearing or covering them stays with you. Which doorway stays usable while a floor is still wet belongs to the same plan. Office and workplace cleaning follows this rhythm.
Glass: two faces, rails and frames
"Clean the windows" does not describe a scope on its own. Decide three things: inner face only or both faces; frames and sash edges included or not; rails and drainage gaps handled separately or not. The outer face can only be considered where it is safely reachable from inside; no work at height or on a facade is promised. If there are insect screens, agree whether they come off and where they will rest. If a pane looks hazy, marked or scratched, do not try to diagnose the cause yourself; telling a coated surface from a scratched one requires an on-site assessment, and no method can be called suitable without knowing the manufacturer's care instructions. Glass cleaning is scoped against these conditions.
The services in brief
Home cleaning covers kitchen, bathroom and living areas; villa cleaning follows floors, rooms, stairs and glass, and pool care is excluded. Apartment and site cleaning addresses stairs, landings and entrances. Post-construction cleaning separates coarse debris from fine dust work. Upholstery washing begins with the fabric label, with no stain-removal guarantee. Empty flat, office and glass work are described above.
Checks before and after
- Who hands the key over, and who takes it back?
- Are water and electricity on, and is there enough light?
- Have cupboards, desks and shelves been cleared?
- Do both glass faces, frames and rails fall inside the agreed scope?
- Did you walk through the rooms together at the end and raise anything missing the same day?
Can I leave the key with a neighbour?
It can be arranged if you give the names of the person handing over and receiving before the appointment. Share your decision on 0537 4450191.
Is build-up in window rails always included?
No. Rails and frames are agreed separately and assessed according to the address and access.
