When to Book Empty Apartment Cleaning in Antalya
Cleaning an empty apartment makes sense before furniture arrives or after belongings have been removed. Clear floors and empty cupboards allow access to areas that are harder to reach in an occupied home. However, an unfurnished property is not necessarily straightforward to clean: an unused kitchen, recent decorating or moisture damage can each require a different approach.
CGS Temizlik’s verified base is at Sütçüler Mahallesi, 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd No109/D Kepez/Antalya. Visits across Antalya’s 19 districts and their neighbourhoods are planned after discussing the address, access, date and scope. If furniture will remain, mention this first so the work can be considered as empty apartment cleaning or home cleaning, as appropriate.
Agreeing What the Service Covers
The task list should reflect the property’s condition and your priorities. The following areas can be included when empty and safely accessible. Do not assume every item is covered: balconies, fitted storage and window details should be confirmed beforehand.
- Kitchen: Empty cupboard interiors, shelves, drawers, doors, worktops, sink and taps.
- Bathrooms: Basins, toilets, shower screens, accessible tiles and fittings, with attention to everyday dirt and deposits.
- Rooms and hallways: Doors, handles, skirting boards and accessible fixed surfaces.
- Windows: Safely reachable glass, frames, sills and tracks within the agreed scope.
- Floors: Removal of loose dirt, vacuuming or sweeping, followed by cleaning suitable for the flooring.
Appliance interiors, full wall washing, shutters and open terraces are not automatically included. Larger glazed areas require a separate discussion of access and window cleaning requirements.
Surface-Specific Methods and Working Order
Products, tools and moisture levels need to suit the material. Timber flooring should not receive the same amount of water as ceramic tiles. Natural stone, coated cupboard doors and delicate metal finishes also need compatibility checks. Where a finish is uncertain, a small inconspicuous test is preferable to aggressive treatment.
- Review the apartment and identify existing scratches, swollen surfaces and areas needing particular care.
- Remove loose dust and dirt, generally working from higher surfaces downwards.
- Carry out the agreed kitchen, bathroom, cupboard and accessible window tasks. Cloths used around toilets should not be used on kitchen surfaces.
- Clean floors towards the end, then dry and inspect surfaces where needed.
Only the external faces of sockets and switches should be cleaned, without applying liquid directly. Dismantling electrical fittings or repairing faults is not part of cleaning. The sequence may change to accommodate room conditions and access.
Preparing the Apartment and Understanding Exclusions
Before the visit, discuss available water and electricity, key handover, building entry and any lift restrictions. Empty cupboards, remove personal belongings and keep working routes clear. Responsibility for cleaning supplies and equipment should also be confirmed rather than assumed. Share any care instructions for sensitive finishes.
Moving large furniture, removing rubble, clearing accumulated waste and carrying out repairs are not automatically part of empty apartment cleaning. Paint, mortar, silicone residues or heavy renovation dust need a different assessment from ordinary household dirt. Discuss post-construction cleaning where these are present. Hazardous work at height and pool maintenance are outside this service.
Timing, Cost and Realistic Results
A fixed price or duration cannot be established from the number of rooms alone. Floor area, bathroom count, cupboard volume, dirt levels, window access and additional requests all affect planning. Share your moving or handover date so cleaning can be scheduled around other work. Ongoing decorating or furniture deliveries afterwards may leave fresh dust or marks.
Cleaning does not repair scratches, corrosion damage, deteriorated grout, darkened silicone or permanent discolouration. Some marks may remain when stronger treatment would risk damaging the surface. Wiping away visible moisture-related staining does not resolve its underlying cause. Explaining your priorities helps distinguish achievable cleaning tasks from issues needing repair or specialist assessment.
Final Walk-Through and Contact
A final check with the customer should be planned against the agreed task list. Cupboard interiors, bathroom surfaces, windows and floors can be reviewed, with remaining marks and excluded areas explained.
