Empty property cleaning may be arranged before or after moving and can include floors, kitchens, bathrooms, cupboard interiors and safely reachable windows, subject to the agreed scope.

Office, Workplace and Shared-Area Cleaning

For offices and workplaces, operating hours, entry arrangements, shared spaces and sensitive surfaces should be discussed in advance. Desk surroundings, floors, kitchen areas, washrooms and waiting areas may be included as agreed. Electronic equipment is not directly wet-cleaned; attention is given to accessible surrounding surfaces instead.

Apartment and site cleaning can be planned for agreed common areas such as entrances, stairways, landings, lift lobbies, corridors and shared washrooms. Where recurring visits are requested, the visit frequency and tasks for each visit are discussed separately.

Post-Construction, Upholstery and Window Cleaning

For post-construction cleaning, details such as paint, mortar, grout, dust, labels or tape residue should be reported beforehand. Not every residue can be assumed removable; surface condition is considered before work begins. Care is taken to select an appropriate approach for new or delicate materials.

Upholstery cleaning takes account of fabric type, stains, drying conditions and care labels. Window cleaning is planned only for windows that can be reached safely. No promise is made for hazardous high-level work, façade access or areas requiring specialised access equipment.
