Post-Construction and Renovation Cleaning in Antalya

A newly completed home or renovated workplace can need more than routine cleaning. Fine dust collects inside cupboards, adhesive marks remain on frames, and paint or mortar residue may cling to floors. CGS Temizlik discusses the property's condition and intended use before defining the cleaning scope. The service addresses removable dirt and residue; it does not repair damaged finishes or replace unfinished building work.

Our confirmed base is Sütçüler Mahallesi, 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd No109/D Kepez/Antalya. Requests across Antalya’s 19 districts and their neighbourhoods are planned after discussing the address, access, preferred date and required work. Travel and site conditions are assessed for each booking.

Agreeing What Is Included

The discussion covers individual rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, corridors and other relevant spaces. Floors, skirting boards, doors, accessible frames, empty cupboard interiors and shelves can be included. Specify which window surfaces are safely accessible. Floor area alone does not define the job: materials, residue types and the number of fixtures also matter.

  • Removing loose fine dust from accessible surfaces and corners.
  • Cleaning kitchen and bathroom surfaces using material-appropriate methods.
  • Cleaning safely accessible glass, frames and window sills.
  • Assessing paint, tape and mortar marks before attempting removal.

Heavy rubble removal, construction waste transport, plumbing repairs and installation work are excluded. Pool maintenance and hazardous work at height are not offered. Dismantling fitted furniture, moving heavy items or washing every wall should not be assumed included. See window cleaning for a related service limited to safely accessible areas.

Why Methods Depend on the Surface

Tiles, natural stone, wood flooring, painted joinery and coated glass respond differently to moisture and cleaning products. Product selection should reflect the material and any available manufacturer care instructions. A small, inconspicuous test may be needed when a finish is delicate or uncertain.

Excess water can affect wood flooring, unsuitable acidic products can damage stone, and uncontrolled scraping can scratch glass. Scraping is therefore not appropriate for every deposit. Functional sealant, grout and protective surface coatings must not be mistaken for unwanted residue. If removal risks damaging the finish, the remaining mark should be discussed rather than treated aggressively.

Preparing the Property

Arrange cleaning after dust-producing cutting, drilling, painting and installation work has finished where possible. Ask the installer or manufacturer about curing times and care requirements for new paint, grout or coatings. Confirm water and electricity availability, key handover, parking and building access before the visit.

Remove personal belongings and valuables, and empty cupboards that need internal cleaning. Report existing scratches, cracks, loose fittings or leaks. Photographs can support an initial assessment, but concealed areas and firmly attached deposits may require a different approach on site. Responsibility for removing bulky waste should also be settled beforehand.

Cleaning Sequence and Final Review

  1. Review the agreed areas, access limitations and visible existing damage.
  2. Collect small packaging included in the scope, then remove loose dust with suitable equipment, generally working from higher accessible surfaces downward.
  3. Clean cupboards, doors, frames and other surfaces according to their materials; assess attached residue separately.
  4. Address kitchen and bathroom fixtures and accessible windows, leaving final floor cleaning until the later stages.
  5. Walk through the agreed areas with the customer, explaining remaining marks and excluded work.

The sequence may change with the layout. Ongoing renovation or dust carried from neighbouring spaces can leave fresh deposits after cleaning. Permanent staining, scratches and wear may remain. The final review helps distinguish these conditions from removable dirt and checks the work against the agreed scope.

Choosing and Planning Your Service

Substantial building dust and attached residue point towards post-construction cleaning. For an unoccupied home without renovation deposits, vacant property cleaning may be more suitable. Compare other needs on our services page.

Price and duration depend on size, furnishings, materials, residue levels and access; no fixed duration or outcome is promised. Call or message CGS Temizlik on WhatsApp at 0537 445 01 91. Sharing the district, neighbourhood, approximate size, preferred date and priority areas helps define a practical plan.

Frequently Asked Questions

Should renovation work finish before cleaning starts?
Ideally, dust-producing cutting, drilling, painting and installation work should be complete. New finishes may also need curing time or specific care. Continuing building work can soil cleaned areas again.
Can every paint, adhesive and mortar mark be removed?
Complete removal cannot be promised. Results depend on the material, how firmly the residue is attached and any existing damage. Treatments that risk harming the finish should not be forced; remaining marks are discussed with the customer.
Are rubble removal and external windows included?
Heavy rubble removal and construction waste transport are excluded. Collection of small packaging is agreed beforehand. Window cleaning is limited to safely accessible areas; hazardous work at height is not offered.
What information is needed to plan the visit?
Share the district, neighbourhood, full address, approximate size, furnishing status, renovation completion date and preferred cleaning date. Water, electricity and building access are also discussed. Photos can help with the initial assessment.
