Cleaning services in Çavuşköy, Manavgat

Planning a clean in Çavuşköy? Notes on shared-area boundaries, water, power and entry access, and ordering balcony, glass and floor work.

  • Manavgat

When cleaning is discussed for a flat or a building in Çavuşköy, part of Manavgat, the sticking point is usually not the price but where the work starts and stops. Who is responsible for the landing outside your door? Does the stairwell window belong to the flat or to the building? If these questions are left open, the cleaning day turns into a negotiation between the team and the building management.

Inside the flat, or shared space?

Writing the boundary down removes most later disputes. A practical split: everything past the flat door is the resident's request, while landings, stairs, the lift car, the entrance hall and any parking entrance are shared use. The in-between spots need a decision — the area under the doormat, a storage room tied to the flat, or a balcony face that looks onto the common garden.

In some buildings the management plans shared areas as a separate job; then the flat interior and apartment and site cleaning are handled as two scopes. Asking for both in one building is also possible, but say so in advance, because the walking route over wet stairs is planned around it.

Water, power and entry on the day

Once the scope is clear, access comes next. In empty or newly handed-over flats the water and electricity accounts may not be open yet, which limits wet cleaning and any powered equipment. The same applies to shared areas: water for the stairs usually comes from the building's common tap, and without enough light the corners of the steps simply cannot be seen.

Before the appointment, settle three points. Is the water running, and from which tap? Is the fuse box on, and are there sockets on the floors being cleaned? How will entry happen — key, caretaker, manager or a relative? If a gated entrance needs permission for the team or vehicle, arrange it beforehand. These points matter most for empty flat cleaning requests.

Balcony, interior glass, floor: which first?

A wrong order means cleaning the same surface twice. The general logic is to work from high and outward down to the floor: first the balcony, sills and other dust-producing areas, then reachable interior glass and frames, and the floor last. If the balcony is being washed, agree first where the water will drain; water reaching the flat below or the shared garden becomes a separate problem inside the building.

If glass shows scratches, dullness or a permanent mark, the cleaning visit is not the moment to diagnose it. Scratches, limescale marks and factory coatings can look alike, and telling them apart needs an on-site assessment plus any manufacturer care information. Without a known instruction, abrasive methods are not attempted. This is covered under glass cleaning; risky façade work and work at height fall outside it.

The eight services in brief

Home cleaning covers kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Office cleaning sets a limit around electronics and documents. Post-construction cleaning separates coarse debris from fine work. Empty flat cleaning covers cupboard interiors, bathroom, kitchen and floors. Apartment and site cleaning addresses shared areas. Villa cleaning orders the work by floor and use, pool care not included. Upholstery washing starts with the fabric label. Glass cleaning is limited to reachable glass.

Checkpoints before and after

  • Is the scope written out separately for interior, balcony and shared areas?
  • Has the management been informed or given approval for shared areas?
  • Are water, power, lighting and the entry method confirmed?
  • Have delicate surfaces, unlabelled furniture and coated glass been pointed out?
  • At the end, were the balcony drain, glass edges and stair corners reviewed together?

Can a resident request shared-area cleaning alone?

Inside the flat, the resident decides. Stairs, landings and entrances are shared use, so the management's knowledge and approval are expected. To discuss scope, call 0537 445 01 91.

Can cleaning go ahead with no water connected?

Only partly. Dry dusting and vacuuming are possible, but bathrooms, kitchens and floors need water. If water or power is missing, say so before the appointment so the scope can be reconsidered.
