1. Everyday dirt versus construction residue
Routine home cleaning addresses dust, crumbs, light grease and bathroom buildup from normal use. It can include accessible surfaces, floors, kitchen worktops and bathroom fixtures. Cupboard interiors, windows and established stains should be discussed separately rather than assumed to be part of every routine visit.
Post-construction cleaning deals with materials such as sanding dust, plaster particles, paint splashes, packaging and some adhesive residues.
