Empty space or furnished space?
In an empty flat the work is mostly surface-led: cupboard interiors, under-shelf areas, floor corners, bathroom and kitchen fittings are directly reachable. In a furnished space, a share of the time goes not to cleaning but to gaining access; moving items, protecting them and putting them back is separate work. So if anything is to be moved, agree beforehand who is responsible for it.
Describing your request is easier if you separate these points: are cupboards empty or full, will rugs be lifted, will appliances be pulled out, are there fragile or valuable items. Shared areas: footfall and work order
On stairs, landings and entrances, the result often depends less on method than on timing and sequence. If people cross a wet floor, the work is not undone, but marks remain. Practical decisions to settle with the building management: whether the ground floor or upper floors are done first, when lift use is limited, and whether a warning sign is placed in the wet section. Some buildings are quieter in the morning, others in the afternoon; that depends on the building's own routine and cannot be generalised. Marks after glass cleaning are not always damage
Not every sign visible after glass is cleaned has the same cause. A thin film appearing at a certain light angle, a drying mark or a drip from the frame relates to the cleaning itself. Scratches, damage to a surface coating, older wear or lasting mineral deposits come from different sources, and telling them apart calls for on-site expert assessment.
