Can cleaning go ahead before the meters are opened?
Very little can be done without water and power. Mention the situation when arranging the job so the scope can be narrowed or the day rescheduled.
Is the mark on my window a scratch or residue?
Do not try to tell them apart with a fingernail or similar tests. Distinguishing scratches, stains and surface coatings requires assessment on site, and on coated glass no method is chosen without knowing the manufacturer's care instructions.
