A stairwell washed at 08.00 shows footprints again by the time children leave for school. Doing the same job at 10.00 can mean less effort and a result that stays clean longer. When planning cleaning at an address in the Karataş neighbourhood of Serik, the useful first question is usually not "what needs cleaning" but "who uses this space, and when". Describing scope that way keeps both the quote and the work realistic.
CGS Temizlik is based at Sütçüler Mahallesi 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd No109/D Kepez/Antalya. Whether a given address can be served depends on location and access, and is discussed by phone: 0537 4450191.
The services in brief
Home cleaning covers kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Office cleaning covers workspaces, shared areas and toilets, without handling electronics or documents. Post-construction cleaning separates coarse debris from fine dust. Empty flat cleaning covers cupboard interiors, bathroom, kitchen and floors. Apartment and site cleaning covers stairs, landings and entrances; villa cleaning covers floors, rooms, stairs and glass, with pool care excluded. Upholstery washing follows the fabric label. Glass cleaning is limited to reachable windows.
How usage density changes the order of work
In shared areas, the value of cleaning is measured by the gap between finishing and first use. The main door and ground-floor landing are usually the busiest points in a building, while upper floors may hold up longer. In such a building it makes sense to work downwards and leave the entrance for last. If instead there is a move-in, a meeting or renovation traffic at the entrance, the order reverses: let the traffic finish, then clean. Wet-floor routing belongs to the same conversation. In a building with a single staircase, the options are washing one half at a time, placing warning signs, or shifting the hour. These are not rules for every building; they are details to settle according to how your own building is used. See the apartment and site cleaning page for more.
Regular or a one-off detailed clean
Regular cleaning works when the rate of soiling is predictable: a daily-used kitchen counter, a busy corridor, a toilet in constant use. A one-off detailed clean suits accumulated or seasonal work: cupboard tops, window frames, an empty flat before moving, fine dust after renovation. A simple sorting test: if you think "this will be needed again in two weeks", put it on the regular list; if "once or twice a year is enough", put it on the detailed list. If furniture must be moved, cupboards emptied or curtains taken down, say so in advance, as such tasks may fall outside scope. The difference between home cleaning and empty flat cleaning usually begins exactly here.
Keys and access responsibility
If work is to be done in an unoccupied flat, it must be clear who hands over the key and who receives it back. When that chain is vague between a caretaker, an agent, a neighbour and the owner, the job stops before it starts. Water and electricity matter just as much in empty flats: without water, floor and bathroom work cannot be done. Site entry registration, parking permission or lift usage hours should also be reported beforehand.
Checks before and after
- Before: which rooms are out of scope, which items will not be handled.
- Before: who gives and collects the key, and in which time window.
- Before: water, electricity, lift and entry permission status.
- Before: whether upholstery or rugs carry a manufacturer care label.
- After: drying time for wet floors and the routing around them.
- After: reviewing together any points left incomplete or excluded.
If you see scratches, dullness or a permanent mark on glass, do not try to test it yourself; telling a scratch from a stain or a surface coating requires assessment on site. Until that is clear, the scope of glass cleaning cannot be set correctly either.
Is evening better for communal areas?
It depends. If your building is busy in the evening, no. If the morning departure hour is the crowded one, early afternoon may suit better. Tell us the usage hours and we can discuss the order accordingly.
Can I leave the key with a neighbour?
You can, but the name of the person handing it over and collecting it afterwards, along with the time window, should be agreed in advance. An unclear handover chain delays the work.
