Cleaning services in Kürüş, Serik

Planning a cleaning job in Kürüş? How to describe special requests, why living areas and wet rooms differ, and what upholstery fabric and drying require.

  • Antalya İlçeleri
  • Serik

Looking at a home and saying "this needs cleaning" is easy. Yet in the same home, grease under a kitchen counter, limescale marks in a shower enclosure and soiled sofa armrests are three different jobs. When arranging service in Kürüş, a neighbourhood of the Serik district in Antalya, the most useful preparation is being able to describe those differences on the phone. Talking to CGS Temizlik, what clarifies scope is not square metres but the condition of each part of the property.

What actually helps when you describe the job

"General cleaning" means something different to everyone. It is more productive to separate three things: how the space is being used (occupied home, emptied flat, post-renovation), the priority area (bathroom, kitchen or windows) and special requests. A special request is anything outside routine work that needs its own time: emptying and wiping cupboard interiors, oven or extractor hood surfaces, scrubbing a balcony floor, taking curtains down. If these are not mentioned in advance, they may not be on the task list.

Access is part of the request too: entry time, lift availability, and whether water and electricity are on. In an empty flat with no running water, what can be done changes. Scope is agreed through discussion, based on the address and access conditions.

Why living areas and wet rooms are assessed separately

In living areas the work revolves around dust, the space around furniture and floors, and the order depends on whether items will be moved. If there are fragile objects, electronics or personal papers, say in advance whether you want staff to handle them; document handling and device repair are not cleaning services.

In wet rooms the issue is often build-up and surface type rather than dirt. Limescale, soap residue and darkened grout do not respond to one single method. Tiles, natural stone, painted surfaces and coated fittings all behave differently, and assuming a product suits a surface without knowing the manufacturer's care instructions is not sound. A cloudy shower screen may come from mineral deposits or from a lasting change in the surface; telling those apart needs expert assessment on site, not fingernail tests at home. This distinction shapes the scope of home cleaning directly.

Upholstery: fabric and drying conditions

A sofa is its fabric. The care label or manufacturer information sets the limits of the possible method; chenille, velvet, linen blends and synthetics do not react the same way to water and mechanical brushing. If there is no readable label, the method is chosen more cautiously.

The second factor is drying. Upholstery washed in a closed, unventilated room can stay damp for a long time, which brings odour and marking risks. Before booking, discuss whether windows can be opened, how long the room can stay out of use, and whether anyone in the home is sensitive to damp. For old stains of unknown origin no removal promise is made; the aim is the best improvement the fabric allows. See the upholstery cleaning page for details.

The eight services in brief

  • Home cleaning: kitchen, bathroom, living areas; scope agreed beforehand.
  • Office and workplace: work and shared areas, toilets; limits apply around electronics and documents.
  • Post-construction: coarse debris separated from fine cleaning; dust removed in stages.
  • Empty flat: cupboard interiors, bathroom, kitchen, floors; water and power needed.
  • Apartment and residential complexes: stairs, landings, entrances.
  • Villa: order by floor and room; pool maintenance not included.
  • Upholstery washing and window cleaning: depend on fabric and reachable access.

Checkpoints before and after

  1. Write your special requests as a list.
  2. Set aside fragile and personal items.
  3. Confirm water, power and entry time.
  4. Show fabric and surface labels if available.
  5. Review wet rooms and cupboard interiors together at the end.
  6. Agree on ventilation time for washed upholstery.

What if I forget to mention a special request?

Tasks like oven interiors, emptying cupboards or scrubbing a balcony need extra time. If they are not discussed beforehand they may not be in that day's plan, and adding them on the spot is not always possible.

Can a sofa without a label still be washed?

A missing label is not an automatic no, but the method is chosen more carefully and the fabric's reaction is checked in a hidden area first. Ventilation for drying is still required.
