Saying "home cleaning" is often not enough. A furnished flat in use and an emptied flat call for different work orders; for the second, empty flat cleaning is the more accurate scope. Fragile items and cabinet interiors: decide on access first
Cabinet interiors and display units are not automatically included. If you want the inside of a cupboard cleaned, agree beforehand who will empty it. A practical distinction: emptied cabinets can be wiped inside, while full ones turn moving the contents into a separate task with its own risk.

Whether a mark on glass comes from dirt, a scratch or a surface coating also needs an expert look on site; self-diagnosis can lead to the wrong method. Window cleaning is limited to reachable glass and frames.
Why the dust comes back
Fine construction dust stays airborne for a long time and settles in air-conditioning channels, curtains, carpets and behind radiators. Seeing a thin layer again a few days after cleaning is usually not a gap in the work but dust descending in stages. Continued ventilation after renovation, cleaning textiles separately where possible, and removing dust-shedding materials all help.
