A working desk is almost never empty: files waiting for a signature, cables that were never unplugged, a second screen, a half-finished glass of water. When cleaning is discussed for a workplace in Kızılarık, the real uncertainty is usually not the floors but exactly this desk surface. Who clears what, which surface may be wiped with a damp cloth, and which pile of paper stays untouched? Answering these before the job prevents disagreement during it.
The desk: what is touched and what is not
In practice the simplest approach is to split the desk into two zones. The first is cleared surface, open to cleaning. The second is stacks of documents, open paperwork and electronic devices; as a rule these are not moved. For keyboards, screens, printers and power strips the limit is agreed in advance: whether dust on the device is addressed at all, whether the device will be switched off, and which method is not attempted when the manufacturer's care instructions are unknown. Sorting papers, destroying documents or repairing devices is not part of cleaning; that stays with the business. Collecting papers into a closed box is the simplest and most useful preparation. Under office and workplace cleaning, shared areas and toilets are assessed separately.
How far glass access actually goes
What defines scope in glass cleaning is not how dirty the pane is, but whether it can be reached safely. A window that opens inward with a fully turning sash usually allows comfortable work on the inner surface and frame. A fixed display pane, a section blocked by a cabinet, or a surface reachable only from the facade is a different matter; risky exterior facade or work at height is not promised here. Flaking paint on the frame, worn seals or something that looks like a scratch will not change with cleaning. Which side of the glass holds the mark, and whether it is a coating or a true scratch, needs assessment on site by someone qualified; there is no need to try to diagnose it by hand. Details are on the glass cleaning page.
Setting expectations for old upholstery stains
Freshly spilled tea and a mark that has sat in the fabric for months are not the same thing. Where a stain has settled into the fibre, has already been rubbed with a household product, or has met heat, the result may be limited; some lightening of colour, or a mark that does not fully leave, is possible. That is why in upholstery cleaning the fabric label is checked first, the method is chosen accordingly, and no promise is made that a stain will come out. Ventilation is part of the work so drying does not drag on.
Other scopes in brief
Home cleaning covers kitchen, bathroom and living areas with surface-appropriate methods. After construction, coarse debris and fine cleaning are separated and dust is removed in stages. Empty flat cleaning covers cupboard interiors, bathroom, kitchen and floors; water and power access is asked beforehand. In apartment buildings, stairs, landings and entrances are worked with a wet-floor passage plan. In villas the order of floors, rooms, stairs and glass follows use; pool maintenance is not included.
Checkpoints before and after
- Are documents boxed and closed, and is the no-touch desk zone marked?
- Are devices off, can cables be moved, which surfaces stay untouched?
- Which panes are safely reachable from inside, and which are out of scope?
- Is the upholstery label readable, and were old stains pointed out at the start?
- At the end, was it checked together whether a mark on the glass is residue or the surface itself?
To discuss scope according to the address and access conditions, you can reach CGS Temizlik on 0537 4450191; the main address is Sütçüler Mahallesi 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd No109/D, Kepez/Antalya.
Should we clear the paperwork ourselves?
Yes, that is the safest route. Once documents are boxed and moved, the desk can be cleaned as a whole; otherwise that area is left untouched.
What happens with panes that cannot be reached?
They are looked at on site and only surfaces that can be worked safely are included. Anything with risky access is clearly left out of scope, with no surprises later.
