Why can two flats of the same size need very different amounts of work? The answer usually has little to do with floor area and much more to do with what has accumulated on the surfaces. What increases workload beyond floor area

Upholstery cleaning involves moisture and airing, so whether it happens before or after furniture arrives should be discussed separately.
