When arranging cleaning for a flat in Çaybaşı, Muratpaşa, the question that often has to be answered before the scope is how the door will be opened. The tenant has moved out and the key is with an agent; or the owner is in another city and a neighbour holds a spare. If this is left unclear, the team may arrive and wait, or prepare for the wrong job. The sections below are meant to help you describe the work in your own words.
Keys, access and who will be present
Before the appointment, have a written answer to three questions: who opens the door, who locks up and receives the key afterwards, and whether someone from your side will be in the flat during the work. If the key comes from a third person, share that person's name and phone number in advance. If your building requires ID registration at the entrance, a card-operated turnstile, set lift hours or management permission, that is also part of access; mentioning it beforehand prevents delays.
The other half of access is utilities. In an empty flat with the water shut off, buckets cannot be filled; with no electricity, a vacuum will not run. If you are taking over a flat whose subscriptions were cancelled, check that water and power are on for the cleaning day. Whether mops, bin bags or a stepladder will be available on site is also discussed, as it varies by address and scope.
Leftover renovation dust or accumulated daily dirt?
These two jobs run differently even in the same flat. Fine renovation dust settles from the air: tops of cabinets, door frames, socket edges, radiator gaps and window channels keep releasing dust for days. That is why dust is removed in stages rather than smeared over with one wet cloth. Paint splashes, grout or mortar residue are a separate matter; they call for care according to the surface, and laminate, natural stone and glass do not tolerate the same method.
Daily dirt depends on use: grease in the kitchen, limescale and soap residue in the bathroom, foot traffic on floors. If the flat has both renovation traces and living dirt, say so at the start, because the order changes: dust first, wet work after. Details are on the post-construction cleaning and empty flat cleaning pages.
Regular service or a single detailed clean
A one-off detailed clean suits moving in or out, handovers, a flat closed up for a long time, or the period after renovation. Cabinet interiors, window channels and bathroom grout are included, and the work takes longer. Regular cleaning is about keeping a lived-in home from building up dirt, focused on the kitchen, bathroom, floors and dusting. A rarely used room or items you prefer untouched can be left outside the scope. A practical test: is there a build-up to be corrected once, or do you want to maintain a routine? See the home cleaning page for general household scope.
Checkpoints before and after the work
- Is it written down who holds the key and how it is handed back?
- Are water and electricity on; is hot water needed?
- Have fragile items, items not to be moved and items not to be touched been set aside?
- Are manufacturer care labels still attached on sofas and rugs?
- At the end: were cabinet interiors, window channels, bathroom fittings and the balcony reviewed together?
- Where does the rubbish go; is there a designated point in the building?
Services in brief
Homes, offices and workplaces, post-construction, empty flats, apartment and estate common areas, villas, sofa washing and reachable glass cleaning. Electronics and documents are not handled in offices; pool maintenance is outside villa scope; no stain removal guarantee is given for upholstery; no work at height on façades is promised. Scope is discussed according to address and access: CGS Temizlik, Sütçüler Mahallesi 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd No:109/D Kepez/Antalya, 0537 445 0191.
Can the flat be cleaned with nobody there?
Yes, if it is agreed in advance who hands over the key, to whom it returns, and what the building's entry rules are. Setting valuables aside and confirming the scope in writing matter more in that case.
Will a mark on the glass come off with cleaning?
A mark may be a stain, a coating trace or a scratch, and telling them apart requires an on-site expert assessment. No definite diagnosis is given, and no method is applied before a suitable one is identified for the surface.
