The glass is wiped, it dries, and then light hits it from the side and thin lines or a hazy patch appear. You can see this in an apartment in Yenigöl just as easily as on a shopfront window. Marks and damage can look alike

Working through all of them with one cloth and one product can cause unwanted results, especially on matte painted surfaces, stone-like materials or coated furniture. So when we set the scope of house cleaning, we ask you to point out anything you consider delicate: antique furniture, a special-finish counter, coated glass, painted radiators. Share care instructions if you have them; if not, that item is limited to something like dusting, or left untouched. Upholstery follows the same logic: no method is chosen without reading the label, and no promise is made that a stain will come out.
Where the line sits at a workplace
Two areas cause the most hesitation in an office: paperwork on desks and equipment that is running. During office and workplace cleaning, documents are not sorted, rearranged, discarded or destroyed; a surface buried under paper is usually left as it is. With electronics, the area around a case and reachable outer surfaces can be handled, but devices are not opened, repaired, or treated with liquid inside. Screens follow the same rule: without manufacturer guidance, only a dry and limited approach is used. Marking confidential cabinets, drawers and rooms as closed scope in advance speeds the work up.
Checklist before and after
- Note existing scratches, rust marks or haze on the glass together before starting.
- Point out coated, filmed or specially treated surfaces and show care instructions if available.
- List items, cabinets and rooms that must not be touched.
- Mark paper stacks and running devices as out of scope.
- Discuss water and power access, working hours and building entry arrangements.
- At the end, view the same glass under different light and report any remaining mark right away.
Choosing the scope you need
The work offered: house cleaning, office and workplace cleaning, post-construction cleaning, empty flat cleaning, apartment and residential complex cleaning, villa cleaning, upholstery washing and glass cleaning. After construction, coarse debris and fine cleaning are treated separately; in an empty flat, cabinet interiors and floors come first; in shared areas, wet-floor routing matters; in a villa the order follows how the house is used, and pool maintenance is not included. For glass, only safely reachable surfaces are discussed.
What happens if a mark remains after the glass is cleaned?
Show the area under changing light. If it is residue, it is worked on again; if it comes from the surface itself, no promise is made to remove it by cleaning and that is stated plainly.
What about documents on the desk?
They are not organised or destroyed. Surfaces cleared of paperwork are cleaned; if you prefer not to clear them, that part stays out of scope.
