Glass rarely looks dirty because of the glass alone. Dust that collects in the lower track of a frame washes down onto the pane at the first rinse, and work finished minutes earlier is streaked again. When planning cleaning in Bağlık, the concrete question comes before any quote: which panes can be reached safely, from which side, and standing on what? That answer defines the scope.
Access decides the job before the glass does
Glass work splits into two groups: surfaces reachable comfortably from inside, and surfaces that would require working from outside, at height, or with special equipment. The first group can be worked under normal conditions; for the second, no commitment should be made without seeing the location. Fixed non-opening sashes, the outer face of enclosed balcony glazing, and windows blocked by machinery, cabinets or built-in furniture are typical examples. In shared areas, traffic sets the order
Stairwell, landing and entrance glazing works under a constraint flats do not have: people keep passing through. Wet floors overlapping with the busiest hours is both a safety and a quality problem. The workable answer is to divide the area. One half of the stair is worked while the other stays open for passage; the entrance door glass and frequently touched surfaces such as handles are done after the floor, not before, so foot traffic does not soil them again. Windows between floors are generally worked top down, so run-off does not land on a floor already finished below. This order has to be adjusted to the building; clarifying in advance which areas are included under apartment and site cleaning avoids surprises.
Balcony, interior glass and floors in sequence
The most common mistake is finishing floors early. As a rule, outdoor areas holding coarse dirt — open balconies, window tracks — come first, interior glass second, floors last. If a balcony floor is to be washed, finish it before the interior floor; otherwise water and grit carried over the threshold leave marks inside. In multi-storey use, start from the top. Curtains, blinds or objects in front of glass are removed before any wet work begins.

Can the outer glass of an enclosed balcony be cleaned?
Yes if the sash opens inward and can be reached safely. Where the frame is fixed or outside work at height is needed, it stays out of scope.
How is the cause of a dull mark on glass identified?
Telling scratches, mineral deposits and coatings apart needs on-site expert assessment. Until the cause is clear, no abrasive method is tried and the area may be excluded.
