When someone arrives to clean a flat, the first thing noticed is often not the dirt but whether the tap runs. Window scope: which face, plus rails and frames
The most commonly skipped point is what "the windows were cleaned" actually covers. The inner face is usually reachable safely; the outer face depends on how the window opens and on the balcony or railing situation. Sashes that do not open, or are reachable only from outside, may fall outside the scope. Rails and frames are separate work: wiping a rail before the packed dust is lifted mechanically only spreads the dirt. Marks, scratches, dullness or coating differences on glass need an on-site expert assessment; do not try to diagnose them yourself, and do not apply a method to a surface whose manufacturer care instructions you do not know.
