Cleaning Service

Antalya Hotel and Guesthouse Cleaning

General cleaning for boutique hotels, aparthotels and guesthouses at season opening, season closing and after refurbishment; the scope and date are agreed in consultation with your business.

  • At season opening, rooms, bathrooms and balconies that have been shut up are cleaned together
  • Lobby, reception, corridors and shared toilets are handled under a single plan
  • Work during periods with guests is planned around occupancy and check-in and check-out times
  • After refurbishment, fine dust and fitting residue are cleaned using methods suited to each surface
  • In larger properties, the job is split into sections and scheduled

Before the season starts, who is going to get rooms that have been shut up for months, a dusty lobby and limescale-covered bathrooms ready to welcome guests? Our Antalya hotel and guesthouse cleaning service answers exactly that question: in small and medium-sized accommodation businesses such as boutique hotels, aparthotels and guesthouses, we plan and carry out general cleaning jobs with a defined area and date, working together with your business.

This service does not replace your property's daily housekeeping team. It is a cleaning job with a scope agreed in advance, called in at season opening, season closing, after refurbishment or during busy periods when the communal areas cannot be kept up with. Our Kepez-based team arranges work for properties in every district of Antalya by consultation; for more distant districts, dates and travel are confirmed separately.

Which properties and which periods is it suitable for?

The service is aimed at accommodation properties operating on a business scale. For cleaning a single rental flat between guests we offer a separate service, holiday let and Airbnb cleaning; in hotel and guesthouse cleaning, the rooms, corridors, lobby and communal areas are handled together. The main situations are:

  • Pre-season hotel cleaning: If the property has been closed for a long period, the dust that has built up in the rooms, limescale in the bathrooms, balcony floors and windows are cleaned in one go.
  • End-of-season cleaning: Once the last guests have checked out, the property is left clean for the closed period, so there is less to do at opening.
  • After renovation or refurbishment: Rooms and communal areas with paint, plaster and fitting residue are cleaned with attention to fine dust. If the residue is heavy, the job is planned using our post-construction cleaning approach.
  • Communal area support in busy periods: Periodic cleaning of areas such as the lobby, reception, stairs and shared toilets can be scheduled to ease the load on your own staff.
  • Periodic deep cleaning of rooms: Corners that daily servicing does not reach, the tops of wardrobes, door edges and skirting boards are deep cleaned at set intervals.

What is included in Antalya hotel and guesthouse cleaning, and what is agreed separately?

The scope is confirmed after a site visit or consultation. The list below gives the general framework; items are added or removed according to your property's needs.

Work included as standard

  • Rooms and bathrooms: dusting surfaces, removing limescale and soap residue in bathrooms, polishing taps, fittings and mirrors, sweeping and mopping floors.
  • Corridors and stairs: cleaning floors, handrails, skirting boards and door surrounds.
  • Lobby and reception area: the desk, seating, coffee tables and floor.
  • Shared toilets: sanitaryware surfaces, mirrors, doors and floor.
  • Balconies: washing and wiping down floors and railings.
  • Windows: glass and frames that can be reached safely from the floor or from inside.
  • Vacuuming fabric headboards and upholstered seating.

Work agreed separately

  • Washing room armchairs and fabric seating; our upholstery cleaning service is planned separately for this, depending on the fabric's suitability.
  • Cleaning mattresses on site; our mattress cleaning service is assessed separately because of foam structure and drying conditions.
  • Exterior windows on the building facade that require special access; this is determined by site visit under exterior window cleaning.
  • General cleaning of a restaurant and kitchen attached to the property; café and restaurant cleaning is planned separately for dining and kitchen surfaces.

Work outside the scope

  • Supplying permanent staff or replacing the daily housekeeping team.
  • Laundry, including washing bed linen and towels.
  • Pool water maintenance.
  • Pest control and disinfection with biocidal products.
  • Cleaning the inside of kitchen extractor ducts and flues.

Method and equipment depend on the condition of your property

The same products and methods are not used in every property. Where limescale build-up in bathrooms is heavy, an acidic product suited to the surface and a dwell time may be needed; glossy ceramic and matt natural stone are not cleaned with the same product. In corridors with parquet, laminate, marble or carpet, a different machine or hand method is chosen according to the floor type. Fabric headboards and seating are vacuumed in this service; if there is a stain or odour problem, washing is discussed separately.

The scent of the products used in rooms and whether they leave residue matters for guest comfort, so product choice and the ventilation plan are discussed together with the business. Different cleaning chemicals are never mixed under any circumstances; each product is used separately according to its label and surface compatibility. If safe access cannot be arranged for high ceilings, chandeliers or hard-to-reach points, that item is left out of the scope and you are told in advance.

What the business needs to prepare before the appointment

Preparation directly affects whether the job is completed within the planned time and scope. Clarifying the points below during the consultation ensures the team arrives with the right equipment:

  • The number of rooms, floor layout and a list of communal areas; if possible a simple sketch or photographs.
  • How long the property has been closed and whether it was ventilated during the closed period.
  • Water and electricity switched on; if there is a lift, it should be in working order.
  • Key or card arrangements for access to the rooms and communal areas to be cleaned.
  • If work is to take place while guests are in residence, occupancy details and check-in and check-out times; which rooms will be empty and when.
  • If refurbishment has taken place, no large rubble left lying around; cleaning dust and fine residue is our job, but removing rubble is outside the scope.
  • Personal belongings, valuable objects and reception paperwork moved to a secure area.
  • Items blocking cleaning on balconies and in front of windows moved out of the way.

How is general hotel cleaning planned and carried out?

  1. Initial consultation: The type of property, number of rooms, district, date of the job and which situation applies (opening, closing, post-refurbishment, periodic) are discussed by phone or WhatsApp.
  2. Site visit and scope: An on-site inspection is carried out if needed; surface types, the level of limescale and dust, and the number of balconies and windows are seen. Items that are included, agreed separately and outside the scope are confirmed.
  3. Schedule and sectioning: In larger properties, the job is split by floor or block, with a date set for each section. Work during periods with guests is arranged around occupancy and time constraints.
  4. Carrying out the work: Removal of loose dust and residue, limescale treatment in bathrooms, floor washing, window and balcony cleaning and vacuuming of fabric surfaces are done in the planned order. Products and methods follow the surface suitability agreed.
  5. Inspection and handover: The areas are walked through together with the business's representative; any points found lacking are completed as part of the same job. If a job requiring separate discussion is noticed (a stain, odour or fabric that needs washing), you are informed.

What determines the price of guesthouse and aparthotel cleaning

There is no fixed price list; the quote is prepared according to the condition of the property. The following factors shape the scope and therefore the quote:

  • Number of rooms and the overall size of the property; number of floors and the layout of communal areas.
  • How long the property has been closed; in properties closed for a long time, dust and limescale build-up makes the job heavier.
  • The extent of communal areas: only the lobby and corridors, or also stairs, shared toilets and balconies.
  • The number of windows and balconies; how many windows can be reached from inside and the condition of balcony floors.
  • Whether there is any refurbishment residue; plaster, paint and silicone residue require extra treatment.
  • Whether the job is one-off or periodic; regularly scheduled work is quoted differently.
  • The district where the property is located; for more distant districts, travel planning is reflected in the quote.

For a quote, all you need to share is the district, type of property, number of rooms, which period the job is needed for and a suitable date. For boutique hotel, aparthotel or guesthouse cleaning, you can call us on 0537 445 01 91, message us on WhatsApp on the same number, or fill in our free quote form; the scope and date are confirmed together.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does this service replace our hotel's housekeeping staff?
No. Hotel and guesthouse cleaning is planned as a general cleaning job with a predetermined area and date; it is not the supply of permanent staff in place of your daily housekeeping team. It provides support at season opening, season closing, after refurbishment, or during busy periods when the communal areas cannot be kept up with.
What does pre-season hotel cleaning involve?
If the property has been closed for a long period, the dust built up in the rooms, limescale in the bathrooms, balcony floors and windows that can be reached safely from the floor or from inside are cleaned together. Corridors, stairs, lobby, reception and shared toilets can also be included; fabric headboards and upholstered seating are vacuumed. Which areas are included is confirmed at the site visit or consultation.
Are bed linen and towel laundry or pool maintenance included in the service?
No. Laundry, washing bed linen and towels, pool water maintenance, pest control, biocidal disinfection and cleaning kitchen extractor ducts are outside the scope of this service. The job is limited to general surface cleaning of the property; the business needs to make its own arrangements for these areas.
Can you work while guests are staying, or before the property is completely empty?
Work during periods with guests is planned together with the business according to occupancy and check-in and check-out times. Empty rooms and communal areas are handled in turn at suitable times; in larger properties, the job is split into sections and scheduled. If the property is empty, planning can be more flexible.
What information should we provide to get a quote?
The property's district, number of rooms and approximate size, how long it has been closed, the communal areas to be cleaned, the number of windows and balconies, whether there is any refurbishment residue, and whether the job is one-off or periodic all determine the quote. You can send this information and a suitable date by phone or WhatsApp on 0537 445 01 91; the exact scope is confirmed after consultation.
