Before booking cleaning, establish whether dust-producing renovation work has actually finished. For an address in Hacıaliler Mahallesi, Aksu, Antalya, ongoing sanding or drilling calls for a different plan from a completed property awaiting furniture. The former may need interim cleaning followed by a final clean; the latter needs protection during moving. Balcony, interior window and floor tasks should follow that distinction.
Define what remains after renovation
Describe the remaining materials rather than simply requesting “post-renovation cleaning.” Removed fittings, packaging, fine dust, paint splashes and mortar residue require different decisions. Discuss bulky waste removal separately from detailed surface cleaning; do not assume both are included. Scraping or strong cleaning products should not be agreed without considering the surface.
Post-construction cleaning addresses dust in stages. Empty apartment cleaning instead focuses on agreed cupboard interiors, kitchens, bathrooms and floors before moving, with water and electricity access confirmed. An empty property can still need renovation-residue treatment: mention both conditions. If work continues, completed rooms might be cleaned separately, but dust can travel back into them.
Sequence balconies, interior glass and floors
If balcony work will carry dirt indoors, schedule it before the final floor clean. Check drainage, where water will flow and whether it could reach areas below before choosing a water-intensive method. Shoes and equipment crossing the balcony doorway can also reintroduce dust.
A practical sequence is to remove dust from higher surfaces, clean accessible frames and interior glass, then finish floors. Agree the access route as well as the sequence so window drips do not soil completed floors. When discussing window cleaning, identify fixed panes and access obstacles; do not assume hazardous exterior or high-level work is available.
Match the scope to how spaces are used
Home cleaning covers kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, with surface-appropriate methods, furniture handling and special requests agreed beforehand. Villa cleaning also needs sequencing around floors, rooms, stairs, windows and occupancy. Pool maintenance is not included.
Office and workplace cleaning requires defined work areas, shared spaces and toilets, plus explicit boundaries around electronics and documents. Upholstery cleaning needs a separate review of fabric labels, suitable methods and ventilation. Avoid treating it as a finishing task while dusty work continues. Complete stain removal is not guaranteed.
Check access before work and surfaces afterwards
For apartment building and residential complex cleaning, specify entrances, stairs, landings and other shared areas. If renovation materials will pass through them, discuss cleaning after that movement. Mark wet areas and consider working in sections to manage passage; equipment and materials must not block exits.
- Before work: Report remaining trade tasks, waste, delicate surfaces, utility access and the intended access route.
- During planning: Agree the order for balcony, glass, upholstery and floor work, and identify who needs shared access.
- Afterwards: Inspect agreed cupboard interiors, frames and corners; assess damp floors before reopening them to use.

Two questions about returning dust
Should I postpone cleaning for one remaining drill hole?
Location and dust containment matter. Scheduling the final clean after drilling reduces the likelihood of cleaning the same surfaces twice.
What should I check if dust reappears?
Check ongoing work, incoming dusty belongings and dirt carried from shared areas. Returning dust alone does not establish whether the original clean was incomplete; assess the agreed surfaces separately.
