If balcony work involves dust, leaves, residue around pots or water use, completing it before interior glass and floors usually creates a cleaner workflow. Clarify whether balcony items will remain in place, whether the drain area is accessible, and whether water or dirt could travel indoors. Accessible glass, frames and thresholds can then be addressed. Interior glass can be scheduled after balcony-door surroundings and frame channels have been dealt with.
Leaving floors until the end helps avoid repeat work from drips during glass cleaning, dust from frames, or foot traffic between rooms. Yet no method should be assumed suitable for parquet, natural stone, coated surfaces or sensitive grout when the manufacturer’s care instructions are unknown. Discussing levels and large glass separately in a villa
For villa cleaning, levels, stairs, rooms and large glass should not be treated as one undivided item. If the lower-level balcony and living area are unfinished, later use of the stairs can leave new marks on an upper-level floor. Planning by level makes it easier to set a separate sequence for each level’s glass, balcony and floors. Large or access-restricted glass also needs its own assessment; risky exterior façades or high-level work should not be presumed within scope. Pool maintenance is not included in villa cleaning.
