In Karakuyu Mahallesi, Korkuteli, cleaning a villa where one floor is still in use is different from preparing an empty floor, just as cleaning an active office differs from closing every room at once. CGS Temizlik is based at Sütçüler Mahallesi, 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd No:109/D, Kepez/Antalya. The scope is discussed according to the address and access conditions. Phone: 0537 445 01 91.
Matching the task to the right scope
Home cleaning can cover kitchens, bathrooms and living areas, while vacant-apartment cleaning may include agreed cabinet interiors, floors, and water and electricity access before moving. Post-construction work separates bulky debris from fine dust. Apartment and site cleaning can include stairs, landings, entrances and safe passage around wet floors. Upholstery cleaning requires a look at the fabric label and ventilation; window cleaning considers accessible glass, frames and surface conditions. It helps to discuss villa cleaning and window cleaning as separate parts of the work.
Villa floors and large windows
For a villa, the number of floors is not enough information; the use of each floor matters. If one floor is empty, its rooms, connecting stairs and windows can be planned as one work section. On floors that remain in use, the sequence can take account of times when residents need to rest, work or sort belongings.
With large windows, the inside glass, accessible outside glass, frame, tracks and window ledges are distinct items. Marks, dull areas, scratches and what appears to be a coating issue should not be assigned a definite cause without assessment. The suitable approach depends on the surface condition and, where available, the manufacturer’s care instructions. Any high or otherwise risky exterior access should be discussed in advance. Pool maintenance is not included in villa cleaning.
Reopening an active office in stages
For office and workplace cleaning, a practical aim is to reopen usable areas in sequence rather than take the whole workplace out of use. The entrance, shared areas, toilets, meeting spaces and workstations can be assigned an order. If staff need to return to a room before all other areas are complete, that need should be part of the plan.
Limits around computers, screens, cables, printers and documents should be clear beforehand. Cleaning does not include electronic repair, document destruction or document organisation. An authorised contact can identify items to leave in place, areas not to touch, and lightweight items that may be moved during cleaning. The office and workplace cleaning page explains this boundary in more detail.
Preparing access, fragile items and cabinet interiors
- List the floors and rooms to be cleaned separately from areas that will not be used.
- Identify fragile objects, open shelving and surfaces needing special care; place them somewhere secure where possible.
- For cabinet interiors, agree whether cabinets will be emptied, how access will be provided, and which shelves are included.
- Share limits on access to water, electricity, balconies, windows and shared spaces.
- If construction residue is present, identify surfaces with paint, mortar or adhesive residue so surface sensitivity can be assessed.
Points to check after the work
A room-by-room review makes it easier to distinguish missed areas from items outside the agreed scope. Check kitchen and bathroom surfaces, agreed cabinet shelves, stair treads, the specified sides of windows, and office areas released for use. In shared spaces, safe movement around any wet floor is also worth checking.
What should be noted if the outside of a large window cannot be reached?
Describe the approximate location of the window, which side is requested, any access obstacle, and whether frames or tracks are included. High or risky access conditions need separate assessment.
Who prepares cabinets when interior cleaning is requested?
The interior scope, emptying of belongings and method of access should be clarified during the discussion. A separate arrangement is practical for fragile items or belongings with special storage needs.
