Two practical points stand out: water and electricity access. In a flat where the utilities are disconnected, part of the scope may not be workable, so confirm this before the appointment. Renovation dust or everyday dirt
Fine dust left after renovation settles again hours after sweeping; plaster, cutting and sanding dust stays suspended in the air.
