What happens if a stairwell is being mopped at the same hour a sofa is being carried up? A wet step is a surface the carrier cannot see, and with a load in hand they cannot look down either. When planning cleaning at an address in Osmankalfalar (Korkuteli), the most useful thing you can do is agree in advance on what happens at what hour. The sections below are meant to help you describe your request accurately on the phone.
The eight services in brief
CGS Temizlik covers home cleaning, office and workplace cleaning, post-construction cleaning, empty flat cleaning, apartment and residential complex cleaning, villa cleaning, upholstery washing and window cleaning. In offices, limits around electronics and documents are agreed beforehand; villa work excludes pool maintenance; upholstery starts with the fabric label and no stain removal is promised; window work covers surfaces that can be reached safely. Scope is discussed according to the address and access conditions.
Working without closing the entrance and stairs
Common areas differ from the inside of a flat: you cannot shut the door and wait, since residents pass through at any moment. That is why a request for apartment and complex cleaning starts with traffic flow rather than scope. In some buildings the stairs are a single narrow flight, so working on half the width is not possible; there, moving floor by floor and leaving a waiting space on the landing is more realistic. The entrance hall and the first steps usually see the heaviest use; the residents themselves know which hours are quietest, and sharing that early makes the job easier.
Warning signs, a dry walking strip in front of the wet area, and keeping the handrail free during work are part of the plan. Reducing the number of steps left wet at any moment may mean the same job takes longer, and accepting that in advance is better than arguing about it later.
Flooring decides moisture and equipment
No method is chosen without knowing the covering. Ceramic and marble can look alike while differing in absorbency and surface treatment. On wood, laminate and polished finishes, a lightly damp and frequently wrung method is preferred over generous water. If you have a manufacturer's care instruction, or know that a polish or coating was applied earlier, please share it; without that information, the cautious method is used.
No firm cause can be given for a mark, dull patch or line on a surface. Worn coating, bonded residue and a physical scratch can look similar, and telling them apart requires on-site assessment. The same applies to marks on glass; when window cleaning is planned, frame condition and safe reach are discussed separately.
Sequencing moves, assembly and cleaning
If furniture assembly, kitchen cabinet fitting or new flooring work is planned, detailed cleaning should follow them. Assembly produces drilling dust and packaging waste, so cleaning done first is largely repeated. The one thing worth doing while the place is empty is cabinet interiors, the bathroom and the kitchen, which is exactly the range of empty flat cleaning, and water and electricity need to be available. Ask yourself: will anything still be carried into this area after today? If yes, leave it until last.
Checkpoints before and after
- Before: type of flooring, any care instruction, which floors are included, and how entry will be arranged.
- Before: water and electricity access, a collection point for waste, permission to use the lift.
- Before: whether a move or assembly is happening the same day, and in which hours.
- After: reviewing together which steps are still wet, checking handrails and door handles.
- After: noting clearly which areas were left out of scope.
Will the building entrance be closed off while stairs are cleaned?
The aim is to guide movement, not to close it. Depending on the stairwell, half-width work or floor-by-floor progress is agreed, and entry hours are planned in advance.
Is the mark on my light-coloured floor a scratch or a residue?
That cannot be judged from a description. It needs to be seen on site, along with any coating information you have. To discuss your request, call 0537 445 01 91.
