If an office stays open while it is being cleaned, the first question is which room can be emptied and when. In a two-storey villa the same question becomes "upper floor first, or the large living-room glass?" In a vacated flat it turns into "who unlocks the door, and are the water and power on?" Before requesting work at an address in Çenger, part of Manavgat, settling these three points is the most practical way to choose the right scope.
Releasing areas in sequence in a working office
When staff are present, a whole floor is not closed at once; areas are opened for use one after another. Prepare a sequence in advance: for example the meeting room and empty desk clusters first, then the corridor and shared kitchen, leaving toilets and busy desks until last. For each area, agree who approves it and who unlocks it.
If desks carry personal items, open paperwork or keyboards, the limit of intervention must be discussed. Electronics and documents are outside cleaning: no filing, no sorting of paperwork, no device repair. Users clearing their own desks is what makes a surface genuinely wipeable. Decide from the start how movement will be routed around any section left wet. Details are on the office and workplace cleaning page.
Why villa floors and large glass are handled separately
In villas the work order follows how each floor is used. An occupied floor and a closed-off floor do not share the same scope, and the staircase, connecting both, is usually left towards the end. How many floors and rooms there are, and which floor is lived in, is the most useful information to give when you enquire. Pool maintenance is not included.
Large glass is treated as a separate item because what matters is access rather than size: can it be reached from inside, does the sash open, is fixed furniture in front of it, can the outer face be reached from safe ground? Risky façade or at-height work is not promised. If a pane looks marked, dull or scratched, describing the cause from a distance would be wrong; telling a scratch from a permanent stain or a coating needs an expert look on site. Where film, coating or a special surface is present, no method is accepted without knowing the manufacturer's care instructions. This is why villa cleaning and glass cleaning are discussed as separate scopes.
Keys and access in an empty flat
Most problems before handover start with the key. Put in writing who opens the door, who keeps the key, and to whom it is returned afterwards. Whether water and power are on also shapes the scope directly: without water, floors and bathrooms cannot proceed as planned. Confirm separately whether cupboard interiors, bathroom and kitchen are included, and ask the building management about entrance use, the lift and where waste may be left.
The eight services in brief

- Office: work and shared areas, limited intervention.
- Post-construction: coarse debris and fine cleaning separated, dust removed in stages.
- Empty flat: cupboards, bathroom, kitchen, floors.
- Apartment and complex: stairs, landings, entrance.
- Villa: floor and room order; pool care excluded.
- Upholstery washing: method per fabric label; no stain removal guarantee.
- Glass: reachable panes and frames.
Checks before and after the work
- Is the area sequence set, with an approver for each area?
- Are desks, counters and cupboard fronts cleared?
- Do water, power and lighting work?
- Is the key handover chain written down?
- Have special surfaces, coatings or delicate items been declared?
- At the end, were the areas walked through in order and anything out of scope noted?
