Cleaning an office after hours and cleaning it while people are working are two different jobs. In the first, the space is empty and the order is free. In the second, a meeting room may be full while the archive corridor is empty, and the kitchen fills at lunch as the open-plan area empties. For an address in Şelale Mahallesi, part of Manavgat, the first question is not how large the space is but which section frees up and when. At CGS Temizlik the scope is agreed by discussing the address and access conditions.
The eight services in brief
Home cleaning covers kitchen, bathroom and living areas. Office and workplace cleaning has a defined limit around electronics and documents. Post-construction cleaning separates coarse debris from fine cleaning. Empty flat cleaning covers cupboard interiors, bathroom, kitchen and floors. Apartment and estate cleaning covers stairs, landings and entrances. Villa cleaning sets an order across floors and stairs; pool maintenance is not included. Upholstery washing starts with the fabric label. Window cleaning is limited to reachable glass.
Opening sections in sequence in an active office
A phased plan is a series of short slots in which an area is closed for cleaning and then handed back. For it to work, three things should be written down in advance: which section can be vacated at what hour, whether desktops will be cleared there, and which walking route stays open while a floor is still damp. A desk covered with paper, folders and cables is not wiped; if it has not been cleared by the client, that desk stays outside the scope. Document sorting, paper destruction and electronic repair are not cleaning services; equipment is handled only as external dusting. See the office and workplace cleaning page for details.
Separating tools by surface at home
The same logic appears at home as tool separation. A cloth used in the bathroom does not move to the kitchen counter, and the floor mop does not go to the balcony. This can be set up with colour coding, separate buckets or separate bags, and is agreed before work starts. Natural stone, timber, lacquered cabinet doors, ceramic hobs and enamel all behave differently. To call a method suitable for a surface, the manufacturer's care instructions need to be known; if you do not have them, the surface is treated with a more cautious method. Which items are opened and which cupboards are emptied is also agreed in advance under home cleaning.
Shared areas: traffic and work order
Stairs, landings and entrance halls are used all day. A practical way to reduce slipping risk is to split a flight of steps in two and keep one side open until the other dries, rather than wetting a whole floor at once. The line between the front door and the lift is done last. When known peaks such as waste collection, deliveries or school hours are shared with the management, the order follows them. This is how apartment and estate cleaning scope becomes clear.
Checkpoints before and after
- Before: is it written down which section is free at which hour?
- Before: are desks and counters cleared, and are excluded items identified?
- Before: is there water and power access, and where does waste go?
- After: are damp floors dry and warning signs removed?
- After: have moved items been put back?
Must the whole office be finished in one day?
No. Sections can be spread across days in the order they free up; which section belongs to which visit is agreed at the start.
Will a mark on glass come off with cleaning?
Scratches, permanent stains and coatings can look alike, and telling them apart needs an on-site expert assessment. Home testing is not advised; scope is set after the glass is seen.
