Cleaning Services Planning for Kaş

CGS Temizlik’s base is at Sütçüler Mahallesi, 15 Temmuz Şehitler Cd. No:109/D, Kepez/Antalya. Requests from Kaş and its neighbourhoods are planned after discussing the address, access conditions, preferred date, condition of the property and required scope. We do not have a separate branch or a resident team in Kaş; visits are planned from our Kepez office.

Home, Empty Flat and Villa Cleaning

Home cleaning can cover kitchens, bathrooms, living spaces, accessible surfaces, floors and, where requested, the inside of cupboards. In furnished homes, the areas to be cleaned should be agreed in advance while respecting the arrangement of personal belongings. Please mention delicate finishes, natural stone or specialised surfaces during the enquiry.

Empty flat cleaning may be planned for move-in or move-out needs. Cupboard interiors, doors, skirting boards, kitchen and bathroom areas, and floors can be included in the agreed scope. For villas, interior rooms, floors, spaces in use and accessible outdoor surfaces are considered separately. Pool maintenance is not provided.

Office, Workplace, Apartment and Site Areas

Office and workplace cleaning is planned around desk areas, shared spaces, kitchens, washrooms, floors and accessible surfaces. Where records, electronic equipment or an active business layout are present, the sections to be cleaned should be clarified before work begins.

Apartment and residential site cleaning can be discussed for entrances, stairs, landings, corridors, lift surroundings and suitable shared areas. The size of the common areas, number of floors, level of use, and whether the request is regular or one-off are considered during planning.

Post-Construction, Upholstery and Window Cleaning

Post-construction cleaning is assessed according to the condition of the property, including fine dust, paint splashes, mortar residue and packaging waste left after building or renovation work. Please share details of hardened residue, surface types and whether the area is ready for cleaning. Work may not be planned where construction is ongoing or safe working conditions are not available.

For upholstery cleaning, the fabric type, staining, current use of the furniture and a suitable drying environment are considered. Window cleaning is planned only for safely accessible glass surfaces. No commitment is made for hazardous work at height, exterior façade access or windows requiring specialised access platforms.

Making a Request from Kaş Neighbourhoods

Rather than applying one standard plan to every Kaş neighbourhood, each request is assessed according to the address conditions. Vehicle access, building entry, stairs or lift use, the need to carry materials and the appointment time can affect planning. When making a neighbourhood-based request, you may send the full address, location details where available, and photos of the areas to be cleaned via WhatsApp.
