A newly handed-over flat is often assumed to be quick work because it is empty. In practice the effort sits where you do not look first: sawdust and dust inside cupboards and drawers, limescale marks around bathroom fittings, tape residue left on the floor. A sensible order before moving in
The logic in an empty flat is to avoid cleaning the same surface twice. Sorting papers, destroying documents, filing and device repair are not cleaning work, and no method is chosen for screens, cables or the inside of equipment without knowing the manufacturer's care instructions.
